about submission

Hello,
1.
In the rules, there is

"a. Android Applications:Upload an .apk file on the Enter a Submission form or provide a link for downloading the Application in the “Testing Instructions” field on the Enter a Submission form."

But, there was no field to upload an .apk file and to specify testing instructions in a submission form.
Should I post an .apk file only through the link of Google play store?
and should I write "testing instruction" within "Here's a whole story" of project detail?

Or, during the submission process, did I miss something?

2.
I want to post my app which supports Android version 5.0 and higher.
Is it okay?
Should I support Android version former than 5.0?

    Please give it another try, this is been enabled for you to upload and the testing instructions have been added.
